  • 2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cauliflower cut up, head
  • 1 coleslaw 16 oz bag
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 1/2 c. Bacon chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and Miracle Whip. Add coleslaw and cauliflower. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until serving.
  2. Right before serving add cashews and bacon.

Notes

  • Prepare the salad up to 24 hours ahead and refrigerate; add cashews and bacon just before serving for best texture.
  • Use mayonnaise as a substitute for Miracle Whip if desired, but note the dressing will be less sweet and tangy.
  • Do not let the salad sit out at room temperature for more than two hours to prevent spoilage; keep refrigerated until serving.
