Cauliflower Bread

This cauliflower bread is a super tasty vegan bread option with added veggies! Easy to make and ready to eat within an hour.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower i have to try 1 cup cauliflower next time, grated
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vegan butter melted, or oil for dough
  • 1 tsp vegan butter melted, to brush
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, Sift in the flours , salt, spices and baking powder.
  2. In a food processor or by hand, make dough of all the ingredients.
  3. The dough should not be sticky. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes and then knead again.
  4. Make a loaf of it and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees f / 270ºc for about 30 minutes till golden brown.
  6. You can grate some cheese on the top before taking the bread out to cool.
  7. Brush melted butter on top.
