Ingredients
- ½ cauliflower cut into florets, head
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1-2 tomato chopped, firm
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons mint chopped, fresh
Instructions
