Cured meat cups for easy entertaining.

Ingredients
- 5 lices prosciutto or jamon Prosciutto di Parma DOP or Jamon Iberico, if possible
- 10 lices Italian salami or other similar cured meat
- 10 lices dry cured Italian sausage, or chorizo
- 10 lices dry cheese Pecorino, Parmigiano, Manchego, etc.
- 20 olives your choice of olives, optional
- 5 red pepper pickles optional
- 5 Italian breadsticks or Spanish
Instructions
- Begin by adding olives to the bottom of the cup if needed to supposrt the other ingredients.
- Add the folded salami at the back of the cup.
- Add the breadstick with prosciutto.
- Put the pieces of cured sausage in the cup.
- Next add the cheese.
- Fill the front with olives, if using.
- Add the pickle on a stick, if using.
- Serve with a sparkling wine with Prosecco, champagne or a spritz.
