1 tsp caramel sauce optional if you you like sweet coffee
1 Ice cream premium quality, large scoop; salted caramel flavor
milk semi-skimmed
Topping:
whipping cream can or freshly whipped cream
caramel sauce

Put the coffee and caramel sauce if using, into a mug and dissolve with a little hot water from your kettle.
Add the ice cream and stir to dissolve.
Add enough milk to nearly fill the mug.
