Skillet Pork Chops Instructions

  1. Pat pork chops as dry as possible. This is key to getting a good sear!
  2. Season liberally on both sides with sea salt and pepper, pushing the seasoning into the meat.
  3. Add grapeseed oil into a preheated non-stick skillet on medium-high heat until glistening.

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees for 5 minutes

Horseradish Cream Sauce Ingredients

  1. Whisk together arrowroot powder (or flour) and 1/2 cup whipping cream in a saucepan until smooth.
  2. Cook over medium high heat and gradually add in remaining whipping cream, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  3. Add in the cheddar cheese, prepared horseradish, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir constantly until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
