Cheese Ball Bites Recipe

Cheese Ball Bites are mini cream cheese and cheddar cheese balls seasoned with garlic salt, paprika, and pepper, chilled, then rolled in a mixture of chopped bacon, pecans, and chives. Each bite is served on a pretzel stick, offering a savory, crunchy, and creamy snack perfect for entertaining or as appetizers.

Description

The preparation combines softened cream cheese with freshly shredded cheddar cheese, garlic salt containing parsley flakes, paprika, and freshly ground black pepper to create a flavorful cheese mixture. Using a cookie scoop, the mixture is portioned into small balls and chilled to firm up.

These cheese balls are then rolled in a blend of crispy cooked bacon pieces, finely chopped pecans, and chopped chives, adding texture and smoky, savory notes to the creamy center. A pretzel stick is inserted into the top of each ball to make handling easy and add a salty crunch component.

The bites are refrigerated until ready to serve, ensuring they hold their shape and maintain a cool, creamy texture. This no-bake recipe yields 14 portion-sized savory snacks suitable for parties or casual gatherings.
