- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 1 onion large
- swiss cheese sliced and chopped, or Gouda cheese

- 3 egg
- 2 cups panko
- ½ cup flour
- cooking oil for deep frying
- tonkatsu sauce to serve (optional)
