Meatloaf stuffed with melted cheese makes this a great meatloaf the kids will love!

Ingredients
- 3 slices bread (torn into pieces)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb ground lean pork
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ cup minced onion
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon mustard (dry)
- ¼ teaspoon sage
- ¼ teaspoon celery salt
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Cheese Filling
- 1 egg white (lightly beaten)
- 1 Tablespoon water
- 2 slices bread (torn into pieces)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese or blue cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °
- Grease one loaf pan.
- In a small bowl, prepare the cheese filling by mixing the egg white and water, toss lightly with the bread crumbs and the cheese and set aside.
- In a medium large bowl mix the bread and milk. add in all the other ingredients except for the filling.
- Divide the meat into two portions and press one portion into the bottom of the loaf pan. Cover with the cheese filling.
- Top with the remaining meat mixture flattening it out
- Bake in your preheated oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
