Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole
Description
Cheeseburger Tater Tot Casserole starts with browned ground beef mixed with ketchup, yellow and Dijon mustards, and barbecue sauce for tangy, savory flavor. The beef mixture is spread in a baking dish, topped with chopped red onion and sharp cheddar cheese, adding texture and richness.
Frozen tater tots are layered on top and baked for about an hour until they're cooked through and crispy. Once baked, the casserole is finished with classic burger toppings such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, dill pickles, and bacon bits, which add freshness and crunch to the warm, cheesy dish.
This casserole offers familiar cheeseburger flavors in an easy, crowd-pleasing format that can serve many people. It works well for casual dinners or potlucks and can be portioned easily.
