  • 4 cups cheese sauce

For the Cheesy broccoli bake

  • 750 g (1½lbs) broccoli florets
  • cups Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºc/400ºF. 
  2. Prepare the cheese sauce to recipe instructions. 
  3. Steam or blanche the broccoli until just tender then drain and allow to dry for 10 a few minutes. 
  4. Place the broccoli in a baking dish then pour over the cheese sauce. Mix the Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs then top the casserole.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
