Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Fries
Description
This recipe starts by baking frozen French fries according to package instructions until crisp. Meanwhile, a sauce of melted butter and hot sauce is prepared in a skillet, where diced rotisserie chicken is tossed and heated through, absorbing the spicy mixture. Once fries are ready, they are topped evenly with shredded provolone cheese, the buffalo chicken pieces, and crumbled blue cheese, then returned to the oven briefly until the cheeses melt. The result is a layered dish combining the crunch of fries with the spicy, rich flavor of buffalo sauce and creamy cheeses. Garnishing with fresh cilantro adds a hint of brightness and contrast to the bold flavors.
These fries can be served immediately as a hearty snack or casual meal, ideal for sharing and customizable with additional hot sauce or vegetables as desired.
