  • 3 garlic minced, cloves
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ¼ Cup parsley optional, for garnish, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat. Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  4. Season the sauce with paprika, salt, and pepper. Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the pasta is heated through.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
