  • 6.9 oz Rice-A-Roni *I use chicken flavor
  • 1 cup carrot sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook the Rice A Roni according to package directions.
  3. During the last 5 minutes of cook time for rice, add in the carrots, green pepper, onion, and spinach to allow to soften a bit.
  4. Add in the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and everything seasoning/garlic powder.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs lightly on top.
