Instructions

  1. Put 4 serving Cooked chips into a baking dish. sprinkle over 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning and carefully mix.
  2. Sprinkle over 140 g Cheddar cheese.
  3. Put into the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  4. Sprinkle over chopped Spring onions (Scallions) and chopped Chives (both optional).
