  • 1 shredded hash browns frozen, thawed, 30 oz bag
  • 1 cream of chicken soup 10 3/4 oz can
  • 1 cheddar cheese soup 10 3/4 oz can
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp pickle relish sweet
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice concentrate
  • 2 tsp onion flakes dried, minced
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 c. peas frozen
  • 1 c. Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 fish sticks Gorton's brand, 30 oz bag

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 x 13 inch casserole dish with non-stick spray and set aside. 
  2. In a large bowl stir together everything except cheese and fish sticks. Dump into prepared casserole dish and spread to fill bottom of dish. Top with cheese. Arrange fish stick on top of hash browns and cheese. 
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes or until bubbly and fish sticks are golden brown.
