  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh spinach optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken mixture to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the mixture is heated through.
  4. Lay the tortillas flat on a surface and divide the chicken mixture evenly among them.
  5. If desired, add fresh spinach on top of the chicken mixture before wrapping.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  7. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the skillet and cut in half. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can add other vegetables, such as bell peppers or onions, for extra flavor.
  • To make this dish spicier, add red pepper flakes or a few slices of jalapeño to the chicken mixture.
  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • These wraps can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • You can also bake the wraps in the oven for a less greasy version—bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.
