  • 1 can 8 oz refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted, unsalted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley for garnish, optional, chopped, fresh

Instructions

Step No.1: Preheat Oven and Prep Muffin Tin

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin or line with parchment.

Step No.2: Prepare Garlic Butter

  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Step No.3: Roll Out Dough

  1. Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a floured surface. Pinch any seams together to form a rectangle.

Step No.4: Add Cheese and Garlic Butter

  1. Brush the dough with garlic butter, then evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.

Step No.5: Roll and Slice

  1. Roll the dough tightly from the long side into a log. Slice into 6 equal pieces.

Step No.6: Bake

  1. Place each roll cut side up into the muffin tin. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed up.

  1. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm!
