Cheesy Hamburger Dip
Description
Cheesy Hamburger Dip starts by browning lean ground beef with finely diced onion and minced garlic, then draining excess fat. The cooked meat mixture is folded into a whipped blend of softened cream cheese, sour cream, ketchup or barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, dill pickle juice, and Dijon mustard, producing a creamy and flavorful base.
The dip is spread into a casserole dish and topped with sharp cheddar cheese and chopped crisp bacon. Baking melts the cheese and heats the dip until bubbly. The combination of tangy, smoky, and savory ingredients along with the creamy texture makes it a satisfying snack or party appetizer.
Suggested pairings include sesame cheddar crackers made by baking tortilla wedges coated with butter, garlic powder, shredded cheddar, and sesame seeds. This savory topping complements the dip's richness and provides a crunchy contrast.
