  • 2 shredded hash browns brand: Simply Potatoes®; 20 oz bags
  • 2 c. Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup canned
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 c. corn flakes crushed
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl mix together hash browns, cheese, salt, pepper, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken. Place in the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13'' pan.
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix together corn flakes and butter. Sprinkle over hash brown mixture.
  3. Bake for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
