Cheesy Texas Trash Dip
Description
Cheesy Texas Trash Dip starts by mixing refried beans with softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning to create a smooth, seasoned bean spread. This mixture is spread evenly in a baking dish and covered with shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses. Baking in the oven melts and browns the cheese topping, adding a savory crust to the creamy layers beneath.
This dip offers a rich combination of creamy textures and spice from the seasoning, balanced by gooey melted cheeses. It is best served warm as an appetizer or party snack, paired with tortilla chips or crackers for dipping.
