Cherry Berry and Banana Overnight Oats

Cherry Berry and Banana Overnight Oats is a cold, creamy breakfast with layers of rolled oats soaked overnight in almond milk, sweetened with honey and cinnamon, and combined with fresh raspberries, cherries, and sliced banana. The oats soften while soaking, creating a ready-to-eat, nutrient-rich meal that highlights fresh mixed berries and banana sweetness.

Description

The recipe begins by layering rolled oats into jars, evenly dividing honey, cinnamon, and salt to season. Mixed berries—including raspberries, cherries, and bananas—are layered over the oats in colorful alternating arrangements to add fresh fruit flavor and visual appeal. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk is poured over the fruit and oats, then sealed and refrigerated overnight to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and flavors.

After soaking, the oats become tender and creamy with a slight sweetness from the honey and natural fruit sugars. The cinnamon adds a warm spice note. The combination of mixed berries and banana provides both tart and soft fruity textures.

This recipe offers a convenient, on-the-go breakfast that does not require cooking. It can be served straight from the jar or topped with extra fruit or nuts for added texture. The individual jars also make portioned breakfasts easy for busy mornings.
