Cherry Fluff Cheesecake Salad blends softened cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar with the juice from a fruit cocktail can to create a creamy, slightly tangy base. Into this, a mixture of drained pineapple, fruit cocktail, halved maraschino cherries, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans are folded, offering varied textures from juicy fruit to chewy marshmallows and crunchy nuts.

Ingredients
- 20 ounces pineapple drained, I used a 20oz can, crushed
- 20 ounces fruit cocktail salad drained, I used a 20oz can
- fruit cocktail salad juice from can
- 16 ounces maraschino cherries NO STEMS, cut in half
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 8 ounces Cool Whip I used an 8oz container
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Use a mixer to combine cream cheese, whipped topping, powder sugar, fruit cocktail salad juice, in a large bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Fold in all fruit, marshmallows and nuts.
- Chill several hours or overnight before serving.
