Cherry limeade
Description
The Cherry limeade recipe combines fresh or frozen pitted cherries with quartered limes, including the peel but with pith removed, to infuse both sweet and tart flavors. The mixture is blended with sugar and a small amount of water until fully pureed, then strained to remove solids, resulting in a smooth juice. Additional water is added to dilute the concentrate to taste, and the drink is served cold over ice.
This beverage offers a balanced combination of natural cherry sweetness and bright lime acidity. It can be garnished with lime slices and cherries for a decorative touch. The drink works well as a refreshing non-alcoholic option at family meals or warm weather events.
