  • 16 chicken nuggets Chick-Fil-A brand
  • 6 egg large
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1 tater tots 16 oz, frozen, bagged

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tator tots based on the package instructions for 4 people and set aside.
  2. Prepare the chicken nuggets based on the recipe instructions and set aside.
  3. In a medium size bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and salt until pale and frothy. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray and scramble the eggs in the pan over medium high heat.
  4. Slice the chicken nuggets into 1/2 inch strips and heat the tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds so that they are pliable.
  5. Then evenly divide the scrambled eggs, chicken, tator tots and shredded cheeses onto each of the tortillas.
