  • 15 ounces cannellini beans drained and rinsed, canned
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes drained, canned
  • 4 ounces green chilies canned
  • 15 ounces canned creamed corn
  • 15 ounces whole kernel corn canned
  • 15 ounces black beans canned
  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken shredded
  • tortilla strips for serving, tri-color
  • lime juice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a medium or large stock pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the seasonings and stir.
