For the Dressing

• ¼ cup Greek yogurt plain, 0% fat
• 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese (any kind except the original swiss)
• ¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ¼ teaspoon onion powder
• ¼ teaspoon mineral salt
• ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground

For the Salad

• 1 cup chicken shredded white meat or turkey
• 18 grape seedless, whole or halved
• 1 celery stalk, diced
• 1 tablespoon red onion diced, optional
• ½ teaspoon almonds sliced, toasted
