Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

Made with a homemade alfredo sauce, rotisserie chicken, bacon, and ranch seasoning, this Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta is loaded with flavor. It's a quick and easy pasta bake that can be made in just 30 minutes - perfect for those busy weeknights!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 4 lices Bacon diced
  • 1 rotisserie chicken cut into chunks
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian parsley fresh

Alfredo Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoon butter unsalted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Lightly spray a 9×9 baking dish with nonstick spray.

Alfredo Sauce

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, and cook fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in heavy cream, whisking constantly, until incorporated, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

Chicken Pasta:

  1. In a medium skillet, cook the bacon to your liking
  2. While bacon is cooking, shred the chicken and place into a ziplock bag
  3. Add ranch seasoning to the ziplock bag and shake until coated
  4. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
  5. Add pasta to the baking dish and layer with chicken and alfredo sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with cheeses and bacon.
  7. Place into oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
