Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta (One Pot)
Description
This one-pot Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta starts by cooking and crumbling bacon, then simmering dry pasta in chicken stock mixed with ranch seasoning and cream until the pasta absorbs the liquid and becomes tender. Cream cheese and cheddar are then stirred in with cooked shredded chicken and the bacon pieces. The melted cheeses thicken the sauce, creating a creamy, cheesy coating over the pasta. The ranch seasoning adds herb and tang notes typical of ranch dressing.
The dish offers a combination of textures—from the tender pasta and shredded chicken to the crispy bacon bits—all unified by a rich and creamy cheese sauce. It can be served immediately for a warm, hearty meal.
Making this dish with pre-cooked and pre-shredded ingredients speeds up preparation. Leftovers can be stored refrigerated for up to four days and reheated until piping hot. Short pasta shapes like macaroni, rotini, farfalle, or penne work best.
