Description

This recipe starts by mixing softened cream cheese with ranch dip mix until smooth and spreading it evenly on large flour tortillas. Shredded rotisserie chicken and cooked bacon pieces are layered on top, adding protein and savory notes. The tortillas are rolled tightly to hold the filling and then wrapped in plastic wrap to chill, which helps the layers set for cleaner slicing.

  • 2 flour tortilla I used an herbed tortilla, 12-inch
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (low fat is okay), softened
  • 1 packet ranch dip mix Hidden Valley® brand
  • 1 cup chicken shredded rotisserie
  • cup Bacon cooked pieces
  • Glad® Press’n Seal

Instructions

  1. Lay a 12-inch piece of Press'n Seal underneath each of the two tortillas In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and Ranch dip mix until smooth. Spread evenly onto the tortillas. 
  2. Top cream cheese with shredded chicken and bacon pieces. Roll tortillas up tightly, then wrap the Press'n Seal tightly around the rolled tortillas. 
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Unwrap the Press'n Seal and discard and slice into 1-inch thick pieces and serve. 

Notes

  • Prepare pinwheels ahead of time by wrapping tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 14 hours before serving to firm up for clean slicing.
