Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
Description
This pizza is made by preparing or using cooked chicken and bacon, or cooking them freshly before assembling. The pizza dough is stretched to fit the pan, then ranch dressing is spread evenly as the sauce. Next, the cooked chicken and diced tomatoes are layered over the ranch, followed by a generous topping of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Green onions and optional parsley are scattered over the cheese, along with the crispy bacon pieces. The pizza is baked at 450°F for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese melted and bubbly. After baking, letting it rest before slicing allows the toppings to set.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken cooked or uncooked
- 4 lices Bacon cooked or uncooked
- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 F.
- If you are using already cooked bacon or cihcken skip to step #5.
- If your chicken is uncooked dice it and heat a frying pan. Cook the chicken for about 6 minutes, using spray oil to coat the pan.
- If your bacon is uncooked cook it in a frying pan or air fryer until it is crispy, about 10 minutes. Then break the bacon into bite sized pieces.
- Stretch the pizza dough out into a circle that fills your pizza pan.
- Spread the ranch dressing around the dough up to the edges.
- Top with cooked chicken and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the cheese all over the pizza.
- Add the green onions, parsley and bacon.
- Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, or follow the directions given for your pizza dough.
- Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
