  • 1 (13.8-ounce) pizza dough refrigerated, canned
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 ½ cups chicken shredded rotisserie
  • ½ cup Bacon about 12 slices, chopped, crisp
  • ½ cup ranch dressing plus more for dipping
  • 1 egg beaten, large
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon parsley chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Roll 1 (13.8-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough out and stretch it out on a piece of parchment paper placed on a sheet pan.
  3. Spread 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella evenly right down the center of the dough, leaving just about an inch on either end and about a third of the dough empty on either side.
  4. Top the cheese with the 1 ½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken, ½ cup chopped crisp bacon,and ½ cup ranch dressing,.
  5. Roll up the dough by folding over one empty side, then rolling it tightly like a cinnamon roll. Pinch the seams the ends together really well.
  6. In a small bowl, use a fork to combine 1 large egg, and a tablespoon or two of water to make an egg wash.
  7. Carefully roll over the dough so it is seam-side down on the sheet pan, then brush the egg wash over the top of it. Sprinkle the top with 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning and 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley. Then cut a few slits across the top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with additional ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
