  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1-3 tsp jalapeño diced
  • 1/2-2/3 cup milk

Chicken

  • 4 chicken breast cubed
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic salt with parsley flakes
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano

Cilantro Lime Rice

  • 4 cup rice with cilantro and lime

Toppings

  • 3 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn drained, whole kernel
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans drained, rinsed
  • 2 Roma tomato diced
  • 1 avocado halved, pitted, peeled, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro for garnish, fresh, chopped leaves

Instructions
