Chicken Loaded Fries
Description
Chicken Loaded Fries feature small pieces of boneless chicken marinated in a blend of chili powder, turmeric, coriander, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, and oil. After marinating, the chicken is cooked until tender and combined with sautéed onions and red and green bell peppers, imparting a balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors. Tomato ketchup is added to the stir-fry, which gives a subtle tang and moisture to the topping.
The prepared chicken mixture is layered over hot cooked fries in an oven-safe dish, then covered with mozzarella cheese. Broiling melts the cheese to a creamy and slightly browned topping, while black pepper adds a finishing touch of mild heat and aroma. This combination results in a dish that contrasts soft, juicy chicken with crispy fries and melted cheese.
Serve the chicken loaded fries hot as an indulgent snack or casual meal. The savory and spiced profile makes it suitable for pairing with simple sides or enjoyed alone. The method of marinating the chicken allows the spices to penetrate deeply, enhancing the overall taste.
