  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 ounces mixed vegetables 1 package, thawed, frozen
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  2. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the noodles, chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, vegetables, cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
