Chicken Panini
Description
Prepare the Chicken Panini by marinating small pieces of boneless chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce. The chicken is cooked in oil until browned, then combined with diced onion, bell pepper, and tomato, with tomato puree added for moisture and flavor. The filling is placed inside sliced panini bread spread with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup (or other preferred sauces), and mozzarella cheese is added.
The sandwiches are grilled in a pan brushed with oil until the bread is toasted and lightly charred, and the cheese has melted. This method results in a warm, satisfying sandwich with tender chicken, juicy vegetables, and creamy cheese. The recipe can make five or six paninis depending on portion size and serves well with French fries.
Marinating the chicken longer enhances flavor but cooking immediately also produces good taste. Variations in sauces can customize the panini according to preference.

- Marinate the chicken longer when possible for deeper flavor, although immediate cooking also works.
- Mayonnaise and tomato ketchup are used in the recipe, but you can substitute or add chili sauce or barbecue sauce based on your taste.
- This recipe yields five paninis, but smaller portions can stretch it to six.
- Serving the paninis with French fries complements the sandwich texture and flavor.
