Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Description
Chicken Parmesan Sliders combine frozen chicken tenders baked according to package instructions, stacked with marinara sauce and sliced provolone cheese between halved Hawaiian sweet rolls. The assembly is brushed with a garlic butter glaze made from melted butter, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Baked covered, then uncovered briefly to brown, the result is a soft-topped slider with melted cheese and flavorful chicken inside. The glaze adds a buttery, slightly spicy, and cheesy touch to the top crust. This recipe is well suited for serving warm as a handheld snack or light meal accompaniment.
The sliders have layers of tender chicken tenders, melted provolone cheese, and bright marinara sauce between soft Hawaiian rolls. Baking them in a foil-covered dish locks in moisture while melding flavors. The garlic butter glaze ensures a flavorful, golden topping that enhances contrast with the soft interior.
Serve these sliders fresh from the oven so the cheese is gooey and the bread retains softness. They work well as finger food for casual gatherings or game day. The recipe’s focus on assembly and baking allows the frozen tenders to be used without frying, simplifying preparation.
