Chicken Patties with Garlic Aioli
Description
Chicken Patties with Garlic Aioli start by mixing chopped cooked chicken with shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, almond flour, beaten eggs, mayonnaise, fresh parsley, and seasonings including garlic salt, onion powder, and black pepper. The mixture is shaped into patties and pan-fried in olive oil and butter until they develop a golden crust on both sides.
The patties have a rich cheese presence from the two varieties of cheese and remain moist thanks to the mayonnaise and eggs acting as binders. Using almond flour keeps them light while adding a subtle nutty taste. The garlic aioli dipping sauce, whisked from mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, grated garlic, and seasoning, provides a zesty and creamy complement to the patties.
This combination works well as a tasty appetizer, snack, or entrée. The patties are quick to fry and can be made in batches. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator and can be reheated gently, making them convenient to prepare in advance.
