Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken diced (I like to use rotisserie chicken, cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 celery finely chopped, ribs
  • 3 green onion sliced
  • lemon juice of 1
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ -1 cup almonds sliced
  • ½ - 1 cup grape sliced
  • 2 Tablespoon dill

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
  2. Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
  3. Serve on a slice of bread or croissant as a sandwich, or as a salad.

Notes

  • You can use shredded or diced chicken in this recipe, whatever your preference is.
  • Use a rotisserie chicken or leftover roasted chicken to save on time.
