Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked chicken diced (I like to use rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 celery ribs finely chopped
- 3 sliced green onions
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ -1 cup sliced almonds
- ½ - 1 cup sliced grapes
- 2 Tablespoon Dill
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
- Let it chill in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
- Serve on a slice of bread or croissant as a sandwich, or as a salad.
Notes
- You can use shredded or diced chicken in this recipe, whatever your preference is.
- Use a rotisserie chicken or leftover roasted chicken to save on time.
