Chicken Salad with Grapes
Description
Chicken Salad with Grapes features tender chicken breast pieces mixed with crunchy celery and mild red onion, adding fresh crispness. The sweet red grapes and toasted pecans contribute contrasting juicy and nutty flavors, creating a balanced taste profile. The dressing combines mayonnaise and sour cream with lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and a hint of sugar, which coats the ingredients gently to unify the salad. This salad maintains a creamy texture with bursts of freshness and crunch throughout.
The salad is typically served chilled or at room temperature, making it suitable for sandwiches, wraps, or eaten on its own as a filling salad. It works well as a make-ahead dish since the flavors meld nicely after resting.
