Chicken Salad with Grapes Recipe
Description
Chicken Salad with Grapes Recipe brings together cooked chicken cut into cubes with crisp celery, fresh parsley, sliced almonds, and sweet halved grapes of two colors. The dressing is made by whipping heavy cream until soft peaks form then mixing in lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. This results in a creamy yet light sauce that balances the richness of mayonnaise with fresh acidity.
The combination of sweet grapes and crunchy almonds adds texture variety alongside the tender diced chicken and celery. The salad is refrigerated for at least an hour to meld flavors and firm the creamy dressing, ensuring a pleasant mouthfeel.
This versatile chicken salad is great served on greens, stuffed into pita bread or sandwich rolls, or enjoyed as a standalone cold plate. Its balance of creamy, sweet, tart, and crunchy elements makes it suitable for casual lunches or picnics.
