Garlic Herb Butter

  • ½ cup butter slightly softened
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon thyme or finely chopped fresh basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Drizzle in the olive oil.
  4. Add the chicken and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side until browned (but not cooked through).
