Chili Almond Dressing

This Chili Almond Dressing combines creamy almond butter with fresh lemon juice, a hint of tamari, ginger, garlic, and a touch of chili for a balanced, slightly spicy sauce. A touch of sweetness from Medjool date rounds out the flavors, and water thins the dressing to a pourable consistency. The result is a rich, tangy, and mildly spicy dressing that enhances salads and bowls with a smooth texture and warming heat.

Description

The Chili Almond Dressing blends almond butter with lemon juice and tamari sauce to deliver a creamy and tangy base. Fresh ginger and garlic introduce aromatic and pungent notes, while the chili element adds a controlled heat without overpowering. A pitted Medjool date sweetens the dressing naturally, balancing the spice and acidity. Water adjusts the consistency, making it easy to drizzle or toss with ingredients.

All components are blended until smooth, preserving the rich texture of the almond butter and integrating the fiery chili evenly throughout. This dressing offers a unique alternative to typical vinaigrettes and works well on green salads, grain bowls, or roasted vegetables.
