Ingredients
- 4-6 ears corn 5 ears, small to medium size
- 1 talk lemongrass
- 1 oz coconut milk 330 ml, low fat is fine
- 2.5 cups vegetable stock 625 ml; or chicken stock; plus more if bisque is too thick
- 2 tbsp ginger peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp shallot chopped, approx. 1 large shallot
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp basil chopped plus more for garnish
- 1 gr crab meat or cooked shrimp
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper ground
- 2 tsp Chili oil optional
