Description

Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocado cut in half, pits removed
- 2 teaspoons lime juice freshly squeezed is best
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped, leaves
- 1/4 cup red onion finely diced
- 1 tablespoon jalapeño finely diced, seeds and ribs removed

Instructions
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a medium bowl. Add the lime juice and salt.
- Mash with a fork until you reach your desired consistency.

- Serve immediately, garnished with cilantro sprigs and lime wedges if desired.
