Chipotle Ranch Burgers bring a zesty spin to a juicy 5-ounce patty. They're served with all the classic garnishes and doused in a creamy ranch sauce with a little heat!

Ingredients
BURGERS:
- 2 pounds ground chuck 80% lean
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix dry
- 2 teaspoons chipotles in adobo sauce found in Mexican food aisle in most grocery stores, pureed
CHIPOTLE RANCH SAUCE:
- 1 cup ranch dressing prepared
- 1 Tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce
TOPPINGS:
- 6 Hamburger Bun
- 6 lices cheddar cheese
- tomato slices
- lettuce
- red onion sliced
Instructions
- FOR BURGERS: Add ground chuck, dry ranch seasoning and chipotle adobo sauce in a large bowl. Mix together with clean hands until combined. Divide into 6 equal portions and then form into 6 hamburger patties.
- FOR SAUCE: Mix together ranch dressing and chipotle adobo sauce in a medium bowl. Cover and place in fridge until ready to use.
- Grill hamburgers on an outdoor grill OR indoor grill-pan until medium-well or however you like your burgers cooked. Place slices of cheese on burgers until melted.
- Carefully place hot cheeseburgers on each bottom bun. Top with two tablespoons chipotle ranch sauce. Add tomato, lettuce, onion and top bun. Serve immediately and enjoy!
