  • lime juice from 1/2 lime
  • 1 chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce see note, + 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup cilantro lightly packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor. Process on high for about 30 seconds. Taste and adjust if needed.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for an hour (or longer) prior to serving. It will keep in the fridge for a few days in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use a small chipotle chili pepper to control the heat level of the dressing.
