Chocolate Chip Cookie Bread

A gluten free, sweet bread recipe made from oat flour and plain greek yogurt. These bites taste similar to a chocolate chip cookie but have texture more similar to bread.

Dry Ingredients

  • 2⅔ cups oat flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ⅔ cup full fat Greek yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Stir together the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
  4. Use a cookie scoop to make balls. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes⁣. Makes 11.
