Ingredients
- 1 jar Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter
- 48 butter crackers
- 2 c Semi-sweet melting chocolate
- 2 c white melting chocolate
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter between two butter crackers to make a sandwich. I chose Peter Pan Simply Ground Peanut Butter because it has a texture like fresh ground PB, but still spreads smoothly.
- Prepare melting chocolate according to directions on package. Dunk your peanut butter cracker sandwiches until they are fully coated, then set on a baking sheet to dry. (Tip: I used chopsticks for this step and they worked very well!)
- Once chocolate has completely hardened, prepare white melting chocolate. Using a toothpick, paint "spiderwebs" on top of the cookies. The cookies are ready to eat as soon as the white chocolate has dried. No refrigeration needed!
